Shipping Policy 
We have live arrival guaranteed. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday with USPS priority shipping. Although very unlikely, if anything happens to your axolotl in transit, such as recieving DOA, email us a picture within one hour of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund for the cost of the axolotl. If a package is running late we keep the shipment refund incase a replacement is needed. Once the shipment is in transit, we are unable to make changes for pick up.
